| On the evening of Sunday, May 10th, Rye FD was dispatched to Interstate 95 Northbound near Exit 20 for a rollover with possible entrapment. Upon arrival, Rye Firefighters confirmed the rollover and found one party inside the vehicle who couldn't exit. Firefighters quickly used the "Jaws of Life" to remove the patient and turn them over to EMS crews for further evaluation.
A Harrison Engine (E10) and Port Chester Ladder (L31) stood by in their own quarters while Rye FD units operated at this incident. |
