| June's training topic is Engine Company Operations and to start off the month, RFD hosted a "Back to Basics" training session with David Russell from Dragon Rescue. The training was designed around potential scenarios that Rye firefighters might face. Specific topics covered included hose advancements, nozzle selection, pump operations, hydrant operations, engine company communications and lots more. While most of the training focused on structure fire suppresion, car fires and other types of fires were also duscused. |
