Person Pinned Against Building At CVS

At approx. 1100 hours on Saturday, July 23rd, the Rye Fire Department and Port Chester-Rye-Rye Brook EMS were dispatched to a pedestrian struck MVA inside the CVS parking lot on Boston Post Road. Upon arrival, firefighters found a car very close to the building with a person on the ground. Firefighters quickly cared for the injured until care was transferred to the ambulance crew.

Firefighters contained fluids that was leaking from the sole vehicle involved. Other firefighters checked the building for damage and found none. 2 Patients were transported to area hospitals by Port Chester-Rye-Rye Brook EMS. The cause of the crash is being investigated by The Rye Police Department.
