Firefighters respond to MVA with utility pole cut in half |

| On Sunday night May 18, Rye firefighters responded to a reported MVA with utility pole cut in half and possible car fire. The first arriving units reported a utility pole cut in half and a vehicle with heavy front end damage with no fire. There were no injuries and Con Ed responded swiftly to start repairs to the utility pole and lines. |
