On the evening of Wednesday July 24, Rye FD members met at Station 2 (Milton Fire House) to review vehicular extrication techniques and equipment. Utilizing equipment from Engine 192, Engine 193 and Utility 39, members reviewed cribbing, door pops, door removal, roof removal and dash lifting procedures.
This important training would not have been possible without the very generous donations of two cars. We are always looking for vacant structures and old cars to be used for training purposes.
